Our digital print service uses a Roland SC-545EX, which can print up to a maximum width of 1350mm, although wider prints can be produced on special request. Our services are listed below.
We offer a full colour print and cut service onto a wide array of materials. Our printer uses a full solvent ink system that ensures that the print is UV stable and is fully suitable in the outdoors (subject to media).
On all our vinyl products we offer a decal cut service (max. width 1350mm). For information on how to set your artwork up for decal cut please refer to our artwork guide. If you prefer us to set this up for you there will be a small charge, depending on the complexity of the job.
We carry a range of cut vinyl from 610mm to 1220mm.
We offer a full range of laminates to suit a variety of uses including fully conformable, scratch resistant and standard matt or gloss. Lamination helps to protect your print from unwanted scratches and increases the life of the print. We can laminate in widths up to 1370mm.
As well as lamination we can lay up onto virtually any type of substrate. Either specify it when you order or supply your own material and we will do the rest. (For materials not shown on the calculator please ring the office).
