Create and check your artwork (please refer to our artwork guide) or use our design department to produce something for you.
Send us your artwork (e-mail or CD) along with a written description of your order. Please remember to include final print sizes for each file and make sure that we will be able to identify them clearly. Please also make sure that you list the quantities you require of each file.
If we need to match a Pantone colour you need to let us know when you place the order. Before we print your job we will produce a sample that you can approve should you wish to. Please note that there may be a charge for this service.
We check the artwork and then, assuming that it is set up correctly, will RIP and print your job. (Please note that we do not send out proofs unless specifically agreed. PDF proofs can be emailed upon request. A4 printed proofs will be charged at £10 each)
After we have finished your job we will call you to let you know to collect it, or we will arrange for it to be couriered to any UK address. Payment will be due upon collection or prior to delivery unless you have previously agreed an account with us.
Our standard lead time is 3-5 working days from receipt of all the information required as stated above. If you need your print fast then for a 50% premium we offer a next day (or if we can, same day) service.
